Where can I buy tickets for upcoming shows?
The fastest way to purchase tickets is through www.townballroom.com.
Tickets can also be purchased in-person at our box office for discounted fees Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 12pm-5pm.
Our box office is also open the night of shows.
I have will call tickets- when can I pick them up?
Your tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call the night of the show. If you’d like pick them up before the show date, please call the Box Office at 716.852.3900
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.
There are no refunds. If a show is canceled or postponed you will receive information on how to get a refund on the tickets bought for that event.
Is there seating available?
Town Ballroom is a General Admission standing venue.
If you need ADA accommodations, please see below.
If you are non-disabled but looking for a seat, we offer a limited number of seated upgrade add-ons. Please call the box office for more info.
Does Town Ballroom have ADA seating?
Absolutely. We ask you to email townballroominfo@gmail.com with ADA requests. Please send requests in at least a week in advance to ensure a seat.
Can you purchase Outer Harbor Live at Terminal B tickets at Town Ballroom?
Yes! We offer tickets to most events at Outer Harbor Live at Terminal B.
You may visit the box office during box office hours.
What are the age restrictions at Town Ballroom?
Absolutely no one under 12 will be admitted. Patrons under 16 will need a parent or a legal guardian to attend (unless otherwise posted).
On occasion, certain events can be 16 and over and 18 and over only.
Always check the website for event age restrictions. As these restrictions are strictly enforced.
What are acceptable forms of ID to enter the venue?
You will need Government issued identification to enter the building the night of the event. If you do not have a drivers license or passport, you must provide some sort of government ID alongside a photo ID.
Minors must also provide some sort of identification whether that is a school ID or copy of a birth certificate for security purposes.
Is there parking available?
Town Ballroom does not have its own parking lot.
Street parking on Main St. and Washington directly behind the venue is free after 5pm.
If street parking is not available we suggest parking in the M&T bank lot at Washington and Chippewa. Pricing will depend on scheduled events.
Is there a coat check?
Yes. Coat check is available for most events for $3 (cash only)
Do you offer food and beverages?
Yes. Town Ballroom offers a full-service bar, as well as a snack bar.
The snack bar offers a variety of snacks & candy, as well as slices of La Nova pizza. The snack bar is cash-only.
What time does the show start?
Schedules may vary so we suggest arriving close to when doors open. Music typically starts around 1 hour after doors open. We highly encourage seeing all opening acts!
What is the re-entry policy?
There is absolutely no re-entry.
Is there an ATM available?
Yes

Do you accept cash or credit?
We accept both cash and credit at our Box Office & Bar.
Our coat check & snack bar are cash only.
*Please note that payment forms for artist merchandise vary greatly. Payment method is set by the tour.
Smoking policy
Cigarettes and the use of e-cigarettes is STRICTLY prohibited indoors by New York State. Anyone caught smoking or vaping inside the venue is subject to removal.
We offer an outdoor smoking section.
Is there a lost & found?
Town Ballroom is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you think you lost something in the venue, please give us a call at 716-852-3900 and we will check to see if the item has been located.
Why aren't my mobile/print at home tickets delivered immediately?
There is a 7-day delivery delay set for most events unless otherwise stated.
If you cannot located your tickets, please give us a call & we can assist.
Zip Code Restricitons
We have a zip code radius restriction set for most events in order to control the number of scalper & bot sales. If you receive a zip code error when purchasing tickets, this means you are most likely outside of our purchasing radius.
Please give us a call if you are a genuine customer & we will assist you with your transaction.
Photo/Video/Recording policy?
Photo and audio recording is dictated by the artist performing. Check with venue the day of the show.

Line Camping policy
While Town Ballroom generally discourages “camping out” in line, we understand the excitement of seeing your favorite artists up-close. We ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 12 hours prior to doors.
Town Ballroom does not recognize, endorse, or enforce any fan-policed numbering or line-holding systems. These systems confer no priority or rights at entry.
This policy does not apply to early entry or VIP packages sold by the artist.
