COVID-19 Policy

As the COVID-19 situation progresses with the spread of the Delta variant, it’s imperative that we take steps to ensure the safety of all our patrons in order to continue to operate. Based on current recommendations at the urging of most artists scheduled at Town Ballroom in the coming months we have decided to take the following precautions:

Ticket holders and attendees for *ALL* Town Ballroom shows and events must provide proof  of full vaccination as defined by the CDC via physical vaccination card OR New York State’s Excelsior Pass.

Unvaccinated patrons must provide proof of a negative, lab-administered COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Test administered within 48 hours of entry. Home rapid tests will not be accepted.

Children under 12 may not attend events.

For safety of our staff: ticket holders and attendees will be required to wear masks upon entering Town Ballroom and are then strongly encouraged to be masked throughout the event.

UPDATE 11/22/21: AS PER THE ERIE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES AT TOWN BALLROOM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

We kindly ask anyone meeting any of the following criteria to not enter Town Ballroom:

-Anyone that has tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days prior.

-Anyone that in the prior 48 hours has exhibited any of the following symptoms:

  •   Fever or chills
  •   Cough
  •   Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  •   Fatigue
  •   Muscle or body aches
  •   Headache
  •   New loss of taste or smell
  •   Sore throat
  •   Congestion or runny nose
  •   Nausea or vomiting

These protocols and procedures have been added due to the rapid escalation of COVID-19 and the Delta variant. Refusal to meet the following protocols will result in denial of entry.

This situation is being monitored closely and these policies are subject to change at any time and on a show by show basis. We are extremely eager to see you all back at Town Ballroom. We ask that you please work with us so that we can stay open and keep live entertainment alive amidst a global pandemic.
